The Mad Stencilist has been offering the finest in original pre-cut stencil designs and accessories since 1992. In 1996 we innovated the use of adhesive vinyl stencils with SayWhat? custom made lettering, which also features logos and decorative designs. Hugh Hoeger�s design service in creating these self-adhesive masks is second to none. We guarantee satisfaction.
Sheri Hoeger, as lead designer and director of Big Oak Arts, offers the knowledge and experience of over 20 years working as an interior decorative artisan and many years teaching local and national workshops. Sheri is nationally recognized for her work with airbrush, and continues to create Art to Live By.
At Big Oak Arts Studio, we offer workshops and classes in fine and decorative arts with nationally acclaimed artist-teachers who are dedicated to helping students achieve their personal best. Workshop registration is limited so that each student will have plenty of space to work in and lots of one-to-one interaction with the teacher.
