He has been in the painting and decorating business for over 30 years, having executed faux finish, restoration and art commissions from Beverly Hills to Fifth Ave. Recent notable works included marbleizing at the U.S. Capitol's new Visitors Centor in Washington D.C. and restoration of a Napolean panelled wood room and ceiling.     Dean is past President of the Mid-Atlantic Faux and Decorative Artisan chapter of the PDCA, a Board member of the NJ District PDCA and is a Past-President of the Decorative Alliance Forum of the National PDCA. He is currently a board member of the Professional Decorative Painters Association (PDPA).
